bluedot careers is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team in Athens, Greece. Fueled by passionate HR and hospitality professionals, our agency aims to exceed the expectations of our clients in Greece, Europe, the Middle East and the United States by catering to all their HR-related needs.

Your daily tasks will include screening, sourcing, interviewing, background checking and fullly qualifying candidates primarily via phone for a variety of vacancies (Front Office, Kitchen, Managerial, F&B, Revenue Management, Reservations, Spa, Housekeeping) and a variety of Greek and international clients of ours.
